This four-block development features hotel, office, restaurant, retail and entertainment uses connected by a thru-block winter garden. The project responds to and functionally connects four distinct neighboring parcels, including a civic plaza to the East. The project was designed through Lockard Creative's Chinese affiliate, Firm 5.
