Scope
In the majority of the representative projects included here, Lockard Creative was retained as the lead design specialist or as one designer in a larger collaborative team. In a few cases, LC provided only visualization services for projects designed by others. Project descriptions clarify specific scopes. In many cases, the images included here were developed for feasibility, marketing, and "what-if?" purposes, and may not lead or have not yet led directly to a built project.
Services
Lockard Creative specializes in the Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development phases of architectural and visualization projects. While experienced in the full range of architectural services, we are most often retained as concept and early phase consultants to the owner or prime architect.
