Lockard Creative provides conceptualization, planning, design and visualization services to developers, architects, planners and designers in the master planning, mixed-use, retail, hospitality and entertainment industries.
M. Scott Lockard’s unique design and visualization talents have earned him experience in an extremely wide range of projects across the United States and internationally. Since 1996, Lockard Creative has provided planning, design, conceptualization and visualization services to a variety of prominent design firms and developers in the retail, restaurant, hospitality and entertainment industries. Lockard has designed projects on every continent and has led design projects for such entities as George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch, Walt Disney Imagineering, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Korea's Lotte Moolsan.
Projects designed by Mr. Lockard have received awards from local, state and regional authorities, including the American Institute of Architects, the Denver Design Center and the Albuquerque Conservation Association. Mr. Lockard has been a featured speaker at conventions of the Design Communication Association and the American Institute of Architects as well as numerous universities and firm-sponsored design workshops. His work has also been featured in several books on architectural representation and design communication.
A large proportion of Mr. Lockard’s broad experience derives from providing consulting design services to major U.S. design firms including A.C. Martin, Bechtel, Parsons, Callison, HOK and Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz. Prior to 1996, Mr. Lockard was a Design Director for ADP/Fluor Daniel, a multi-disciplinary, international design firm specializing in education, healthcare and high-technology projects, as well as a Senior Designer for Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz, an international design firm specializing in retail, commercial and healthcare projects.
