Many of a project's important design decisions are best made from an experiential standpoint. As refinements of planning, building sytems and site design proceed, they must be continually informed by proposals and judgments developed through the eye of the user. These eye-level perspective studies must be primary design tools and not merely reflections of decisions made elsewhere.
